City of (homeless) children


Chicago is in the midst of a tough debate. It is looking to spend over $100 million in creating a Children's Museum on one hand, but on the other it continues to have over 10,000 homeless children. Homeless advocates wish the city would invest in these kid's lives rather than spend such a whopping amount of money on something that would most likely benefit privileged children.
